License agreement.
Proposed terms for the people using Plumb in the office and field.
Draft for owner review — not ready for Intuit.
This is proposed wording, not an effective agreement or a final privacy notice. It has not been approved for publication, submitted to Intuit, or certified as legally sufficient. Do not enter this preview address in a production checklist.
The owner has supplied the operator’s legal name, mailing address, phone number and support/privacy email shown below. Contact details are no longer awaiting confirmation. Applicable legal requirements, hosting disclosures and the final app still need review, followed by separate publication approval. No effective date has been set.

These details were supplied by the owner for this draft. Email and phone links open your device’s chosen app; this website does not send a message or place a call automatically. No response time is promised.
1. Who the agreement is with
The app operator (“Operator”) is Anthony Rashad Hatchett, at 11010 Suncrest Dr., Anderson Island, WA 98303; phone 323-363-7557; support and privacy email [email protected]. The owner supplied these details for the legal drafts. The proposed agreement is between you and the Operator, not Apple, Intuit or Superapp merely because it provides development or hosting tools. The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. This review draft is not effective, does not itself form an agreement and does not replace currently applicable terms.
2. Your license to use the app
Subject to the final agreement, applicable law and the Apple Media Services Usage Rules, the Operator grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control. Access through Family Sharing or volume purchasing is permitted where applicable under those Usage Rules; this is not a promise that every membership supports Family Sharing. The app is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute the app, bypass access controls or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law permits. These terms do not override rights granted by Apple’s Usage Rules or mandatory law.
3. Accounts, company roles and your authority
Protect your sign-in information and use only accounts and company work you are authorized to access. Company administrators manage membership; Office and Foreman permissions differ. A role label alone does not grant access to another person’s records. Obtain appropriate authority before uploading plans, recording employee information or signatures, collecting device location, sharing company work, or authorizing an external connection. Do not use the app to evade consent, privacy, employment, recordkeeping or safety obligations. Personal and legacy work is not automatically shared with a company.
4. Construction decisions require your review
The app assists with construction administration; it does not replace a qualified estimator, engineer, accountant, payroll professional or safety supervisor. Verify quantities, dimensions, plan revisions, prices, taxes, wages, schedules, weather and code requirements before relying on them. AI results and suggested production references are not guarantees of accuracy or worker performance. A Foreman-device location check is not proof of each worker’s presence; a drawn signature is not independent verification of the signer’s identity. Recording time does not by itself establish compliance with labor or payroll rules. Do not use the app as your only emergency-warning or life-safety system.
5. Your documents, records and sharing
You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded content. You authorize the Operator and service providers to process it as needed to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy policy. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. Cloud is the source of truth for confirmed shared company estimates, plans, daily reports, crew timecards and company inventory; Office and Foreman access remains role- and job-scoped. Personal drafts and pending changes can stay on-device; pending work is not proof of Cloud delivery. Retained company documents, daily logs and saved safety-related reports remain company work when a member leaves or deletes an account; personal attribution may be removed where applicable. This does not promise storage of unsaved briefing checklists. Review access before sharing. No automatic adoption of personal originals, independent disaster-recovery backup, indefinite storage or complete device-to-device recovery is promised. Keep appropriate independent copies of essential business records.
6. Practice and optional services
Practice is synthetic training, not a live company job or accounting workflow. Optional services depend on availability, configuration, permissions and their providers’ terms. Mailbox intake may inspect recent Inbox content to identify bid invitations and attachments. A requested AI takeoff can send the selected PDF and source context, including filename, project label, invitation subject and sender, to OpenAI. Safety voice playback may use ElevenLabs. Review the privacy policy and processing notice before choosing a feature. The Operator does not promise continuous availability of Apple, Intuit, email, AI, weather or other external services. You must comply with applicable third-party terms and your network-service agreement.
7. QuickBooks — restricted testing, not production availability
QuickBooks production access is not activated. General QuickBooks release remains gated; current internal testing is restricted to the authorized sample company and sandbox. The proposed released scope is administrator-authorized QuickBooks Online connections and separately Office-reviewed USD Estimates and related approved change-order revisions only, not invoices, payments or payroll. The service can read customer, item, tax-code, company-preference and existing Estimate information for mapping and review. Before any permitted send, review the exact source, destination company and mappings and approve that send. A connection does not authorize automatic accounting exports. Do not retry an uncertain delivery blindly or overwrite an external edit without reconciliation. Disconnecting does not erase existing QuickBooks Estimates or retained export evidence. Intuit’s services and data handling remain subject to its own terms.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes in-app purchases. The purchase screen must show the applicable product, local price, duration and renewal terms before you pay; this draft does not promise a price or free trial. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under the terms displayed by Apple unless canceled through your Apple account. Restore eligible purchases from the membership screen. Refund requests are handled through Apple and applicable law. Deleting your app account, disconnecting QuickBooks or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. The app itself does not process construction-customer payments through QuickBooks.
9. Privacy, deletion and ending use
The privacy policy explains account data, company sharing, local records, permissions and service providers. You may stop using the app and request account deletion in Preferences. A last company administrator must transfer administration first. Failed or refused deletion is not successful deletion. After Cloud-confirmed deletion, that user’s membership and personal access end, and identified account data on that device is removed; other accounts and unassigned legacy originals are preserved. Retained company documents remain with the company, with personal attribution removed where applicable. Private-file cleanup may be pending, and exported recovery files remain under your control. Account deletion does not confirm revocation of a company’s Intuit grant or cancel an Apple subscription; manage Apple billing through Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Legal duties and rights that must survive ending use remain unaffected.
10. Support, warranties and responsibility
The Operator is responsible for maintenance, support and product claims to the extent stated in the final agreement or required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide app maintenance or support. Subject to non-excludable rights, no uninterrupted, error-free service or accuracy guarantee is offered. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the app’s purchase price as applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and the Operator is responsible for other warranty-related claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses. The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection and privacy claims relating to the app. No provision excludes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability beyond what applicable law allows.
11. Intellectual property and legal compliance
The Operator, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging third-party claims that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual-property rights. You must not use the app in violation of applicable law. For the final Apple app license, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by that government as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list. No additional governing-law jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory rights is selected in this draft.
12. Apple beneficiaries and future changes
Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of the final Apple app license. Upon your acceptance of that final license, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary. Proposed material changes should be presented with an updated effective date and any notice or acceptance required by law. This draft has no effective date and must not be presented as an agreement already accepted by users.
